• No funds are captured or withdrawn before your cleaning is completed. We only process the final charge after the service.
• In some cases, banks may display the hold as a pending transaction, but it has not been posted or charged.
• This helps us avoid any payment issues after the service is completed and keeps our scheduling efficient and secure for all clients.
• Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and this step helps protect our team’s time.
• The hold may convert into the final charge after your cleaning or be released, depending on your bank’s processing time.
